Toni recently wrote some copy for use in The Data Works’ marketing material, and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. Following my initial brief, Toni ran a couple of discovery sessions to understand our proposition a bit more, and what we wanted to communicate. Her familiarity with the tech and data industry was invaluable as I didn’t need to go through a lengthy explanation of what it is we do. Her journalistic skills in asking insightful questions to elicit the required information made the process painless. Her output was spot-on, and delivered quickly and professionally. She always finds a new way to look at things. Toni is an empathetic, kind and intuitive team member. She successfully mentored junior members of the team and her sensitivity, calmness and humour made her a valued colleague.
